How much disk space is included with my server?
All servers come with unmetered disk space subject to our fair use policy. Simply put, you can use as much space as you need as long as the files are related to your service and an excessive amount of storage is not being used due to misconfiguration.
How long does it take to receive my server after purchase?
Your server is activated instantly after purchase. You will receive your control panel login details via email in an email titled New Minecraft Server Information.
What is a dedicated IP?
A dedicated IP sets your port to the default port (25565) so you don't have to enter a port on the end of the IP.
For example, without a dedicated IP, your IP may be something like 192.168.1.1:25603. With a dedicated IP, you only have to enter 192.168.1.1.
The dedicated IP is useful if you plan on using a custom domain as you will not need to enter the port after the domain name.
Example with dedicated IP: play.ramshard.com
